In between all the preparations, we used the time to present you with a truly special African Moment: the Mosaic Private Sanctuary, a true gem on the Whale Coast near Hermanus.
The Mosaic Private Sanctuary is situated on the pristine Hermanus Lagoon and near Walker Bay, renowned for its annual migration of Southern Right Whales. Each year from June to November, these giant marine mammals find a safe haven when visiting our shores, where they give birth to their calves and simply have some fun by frolicking in the sea !
We had the good fortune to experience this fantastic spectacle of nature ourselves and were fascinated to say the least!
